Workshop Overview

As risk is inherent to any business venture, this workshop is envisioned to promote a practical approach towards planning, coordinating and completing a project which will implement the Enterprise Risk Management approach in your Company. After completing the workshop, participants will be able to lead and successfully close the project, while maintaining all deliverables and added value for the Company in the future.

Ilija Gospodinov
Ilija Gospodinov is General Manager at Endava DOOEL Skopje, one of the largest IT companies in Macedonia.
He has 10+ years working experience in Process Management, Service Management, Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Compliance. His professional engagement includes mainly work in the fields of IT Services, Internet and Telecommunications.
Mr. Gospodinov has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences. He graduated with First-in-Class Honors. He is Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 20000-1 Lead Auditor, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementor and Lead Auditor.
