Dr. Paul Claudel

Professor Paul Claudel is an international consultant based in France. He runs in-house seminars and teaches at some major universities in Europe and the USA (including IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, Kellogg Graduate School of Management, USA, Helsinki School of Economics, Finland, esmt, Germany and IEDC - Bled School of Management, Slovenia), mainly on the subjects of Leadership, Human Resources, Organizations and Philosophy as applied to business. Paul Claudel was Vice President and Director of Human Resources of a multinational company Alcatel. One of his main challenges there was to encourage and help top management to define and promote an appropriate leadership style and practice for this multicultural and geographically dispersed organization.
