Mark Hynes

Mr. Hynes is a board member of the Investor Relations Society in the UK, chairs the US-based Disclosure Advisory Board, and sits on an expert panel at the Committee of European Securities Regulators.Throughout his career he has served as President of the Financial Times for the Asia region, and held various positions with Lloyds International, and the Economist. Mr. Hynes now runs his own consultancy which has helped over 200 listed companies achieve their investor relations objectives in the last 5 years.
