AI4ME 2027-edition is a five-week online course designed to help managers, executives, team leaders, and business owners understand and respond to the changing role of artificial intelligence in business.
AI is moving beyond generating information and recommendations. Increasingly, AI systems can carry out tasks, interact with business applications, and take actions on behalf of people and organizations. This creates new opportunities for productivity, innovation, and growth, but also new responsibilities for those managing people, processes, and decisions.
The course focuses on what managers need to understand, decide, and lead in this changing environment. No technical background is required. Through practical examples and discussions, participants explore how to benefit from AI while maintaining appropriate human authority, oversight, and accountability.
By the end of the course, you will:
Understand what today’s AI can do, including generative and agentic AI, and recognize opportunities and limitations.
Identify how AI can improve work, support employees, and create value across different business functions.
Make informed decisions about what AI should be allowed to access, decide, and do on behalf of an organization.
Understand how leadership, governance, and well-designed processes can enable effective and responsible AI adoption.
Prepare yourself and your organization for continuing developments in AI technology and its impact on business.
