On May 20, 2024, the prestigious event “Talks with Dr. Adizes – Inspiration and Insights” was held, organized by M6 Educational Centre.
At the event, Dr. Isaac Adizes, a globally recognized expert in management and organizational development, spoke about the challenges and opportunities companies face during turbulent times for the business sector and society, as well as the steps organizations can take to operate more effectively in such an environment.
The event provided participants with an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from a global expert, while also making connections and exchanging experiences with fellow participants.
The event was organized by M6 Educational Centre and supported by the Government of Switzerland through the Swiss project “Education for Employment” – E4E@mk, implemented by Helvetas.
Who is Dr. Isaac Adizes?
Dr. Isaac Adizes is a world-renowned consultant, author, and academic, originally from Macedonia. With more than 50 years of experience, his Adizes Management Methodology is ranked among the Top 10 management methodologies in the world. He has consulted for many of the world’s largest companies, including Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Adizes is the author of 27 books translated into 33 languages, and his ideas and approaches are applied in more than 1,000 organizations worldwide.
Born in Skopje, Macedonia, Dr. Adizes moved to the United States, where he became a professor at several prestigious universities, including UCLA and Stanford. He has received numerous awards and honors for his contributions to the fields of management and leadership. Dr. Adizes has extensive experience sharing his ideas in more than 50 countries and is frequently featured and cited in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and The New York Times.
In addition to his successful consulting career, Dr. Adizes is the founder of the Adizes Institute, an international consulting firm that helps organizations achieve their goals through his methodology.
