With a vision to advance modern learning, skills development, and regional collaboration, M6 Educational Centre officially opened its new premises in Kavadarci on 19 May 2026. The new facility is a modern, inspiring space designed to foster learning, collaboration, and personal growth while strengthening connections among businesses across the Vardar and Pelagonia regions.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of public institutions, the diplomatic community, international organizations, companies, educational institutions, and long-standing partners of the Centre.
The Kavadarci premises have been designed as a regional education and innovation hub, providing a venue for professional training programmes, leadership development, networking events, and initiatives that promote skills development, entrepreneurship, and the knowledge required to meet the challenges of the future.
The event was officially opened by Svetozar Janevski, Founder of M6 Group, who emphasized the importance of investing in knowledge, human capital, and modern educational platforms as key drivers of long-term economic and social development.
Elena Mladenovska Jelenković, Executive Director of M6 Educational Centre, spoke about the need for new learning models and the creation of contemporary educational spaces that empower individuals and prepare them for the future.
“Today we live in a world that is changing not gradually, but rapidly and profoundly. The way we work, learn, create value, and define success is being transformed. That is precisely why places like the new M6 Educational Centre in Kavadarci matter—they represent an investment in people, their potential, and their future. This is a place where knowledge, skills, and ambition become future opportunities,” she said.
The event also featured remarks by Michal Harari, Deputy Head of Mission at the Embassy of Switzerland in North Macedonia, who highlighted the importance of partnerships between the private sector and education, as well as continued investment in human capital.
“We are pleased to see the private sector increasingly willing to invest in workforce development. The new M6 Educational Centre in Kavadarci brings these opportunities closer to young people and businesses throughout the region,” said Harari.
Mitko Janchev, Mayor of Kavadarci, also addressed the audience, emphasizing that the opening of the Centre represents an important contribution to local and regional development by creating new opportunities for young people.
Following the official programme, guests attended the ceremonial ribbon-cutting before touring the Centre’s state-of-the-art facilities. Particular attention was drawn to the training equipment dedicated to green skills and the circular economy, as well as the Modern Green Corner—a space designed to promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
In a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere, guests also enjoyed a selection of wines from Tikveš Winery, a long-standing member and partner of the M6 community, whose support further enriched the celebration of this important milestone.
With the opening of its regional centre in Kavadarci, M6 Educational Centre further strengthens its role as a platform for knowledge, innovation, and collaboration, dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, developing human capital, and supporting both regional and national economic growth.
The Centre was established as part of the Private Sector Engagement Initiative, through a partnership between M6 Educational Centre, 30 Macedonian companies, and the Education for Employment (E4E) project, implemented by Helvetas North Macedonia with the support of the Embassy of Switzerland in North Macedonia.
