This one-day intensive workshop introduces participants to the principles of Lean and Kaizen and shows how continuous improvement can be applied to everyday business processes. Rather than focusing only on theory, the course uses practical exercises, real-world examples, and group activities to help participants learn how to recognize inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and create greater value for customers.
Participants will explore the foundations of the Toyota Production System, Lean thinking, the different forms of waste, process flow, workplace organization, standardized work, and practical improvement techniques. The course is designed to help participants move from simply identifying problems to developing structured, sustainable improvements.
By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how to apply Kaizen thinking to their own processes and contribute to a culture where small, continuous improvements become part of everyday work.
