Elena Mladenovska Jelenković and M6 Receive the Prestigious “Stvaratelji za stoljeća” Award in Split
From 26 to 28 March 2026, the city of Split, Croatia, hosted the 9th Regional Entrepreneurship Summit for Central and Southeast Europe – “300 Best”, bringing together leading business leaders, companies, and institutions from across the region to promote entrepreneurship as a key driver of economic growth and social development.
At this prestigious event, Elena Mladenovska Jelenkovikj, Executive Director of M6 Educational Centre, received the international “Stvaratelji za stoljeća” award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the development of women’s entrepreneurship in Central and Southeast Europe during 2025.
“The modern world, shaped by constant change and uncertainty, requires continuous transformation—from individuals, companies, and society alike. Today’s leadership calls for people who can truly listen, understand, and build trust through empathy. What was once considered a ‘soft skill’ associated with women has now become one of the most valuable assets of successful organizations,” said Mladenovska Jelenković. She added: “I hope this recognition will encourage companies to invest more in developing future leaders and supporting young people, both in North Macedonia and across the region, in order to build a more innovative, sustainable, and inclusive economy.”
Presented for more than two decades, the “Stvaratelji za stoljeća” award recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a lasting contribution to the advancement of entrepreneurship, business excellence, and social development throughout the region.
The award acknowledges M6 Educational Centre’s long-term commitment and impact in: Developing human capital and leadership capabilities; Supporting women entrepreneurs; Strengthening competitive and sustainable businesses; and Delivering a wide range of educational and development initiatives over the years.
