New Partnership for Education, Equality, and Inclusion – GEA and M6 Educational Centre Join Forces

14 August 2026

In a shared commitment to advancing gender equality in the professional and educational landscape, the Gender Equality Alliance in the Workplace (GEA) and M6 Educational Centre have officially launched their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The partnership aims to jointly design and implement educational initiatives, workshops, mentoring programmes, collaborative projects, and knowledge-sharing activities. It will also focus on supporting the organization of events and promoting women’s leadership and representation in education, business, and society.

This collaboration aligns with GEA’s three core pillars: Equal representation at all organizational levels and positions; Equal pay for equal work; and Equal opportunities for career advancement.

These principles closely reflect M6 Educational Centre’s mission of promoting inclusive education and lifelong learning.

An initiative of the E-commerce Association of North Macedonia (AETM), GEA is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace cultures by promoting equal opportunities and advancing gender equality across organizations. The Alliance strives to create environments where women and men are equally recognized and valued for their contributions, while building new partnerships, synergies, and platforms to address the key challenges affecting women’s professional development.

“Our partnership with M6 Educational Centre opens the door to new educational opportunities for everyone who believes that equality is achieved through continuous learning, personal growth, and investing in oneself. By combining our energy, expertise, and shared vision, we aim to contribute to a society where every individual has the opportunity to realize their full potential,” said Marija Ristovska, Head of GEA.

M6 Educational Centre is one of the region’s leading institutions for lifelong learning, dedicated to driving the positive transformation of individuals, organizations, and society. Through a wide range of educational programmes, professional training, conferences, and development projects, M6 continuously addresses topics that are essential to the economic and social development of North Macedonia and the wider region.

With many years of experience in non-formal education and executive training, the Centre plays an active role in strengthening both individual and organizational capabilities through innovative programmes in leadership, management, and personal development.

“This partnership is a natural extension of our mission to create an inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to invest in their personal and professional growth. Several years ago, M6 established a partnership with Women on Boards Adria, and we have since developed a dedicated Women’s Leadership Programme to support and empower women in decision-making roles—both in business and within the wider community. Together with GEA, we will continue developing practical and inspiring programmes that create long-term value for society,” said Tamara Grbevska, Project Manager at M6 Educational Centre.

Over the coming months, GEA and M6 Educational Centre will work closely to expand their collaboration through joint educational events, workshops, mentoring initiatives, and collaborative projects designed to support both women and men across diverse professional sectors. The partnership will be built on mutual support, the sharing of expertise and resources, and the exchange of best practices to foster a more inclusive and equitable future.
